EXCHANGES

You may exchange the items purchased from vellxshop's online store within 60 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will not be accepted for items with a lower price of the product purchased online.

If you wish to change the size of a shoe that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 10 days of delivery date. Use out contact form to let us know the replacement size from those available. We will then hold the item for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when the package has been dispatched. You can exchange the size of an item one time only, but you can always return it by following the instructions below.

RETURNS

Refunds and Exchanges can be issued by vellxshop, if the product is returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned items must also include the original box and dust bag, and must be completely unworn.

All shoes should be tried on on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels or reimbursement for returns.

For orders placed outside Europe, shipping costs, customs duties, and sale taxes are non-refundable through vellxshop. 

If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable,vellxshop will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by vellxshop. Please note that if the customer refused to pay customs duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.

vellxshop reserves the right to refuse any return on items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

Bespoke or custom-made items are not returnable.

DISCLAIMER

Our goods are handmade,  small imperfections or variation in shape, size, and colour should not be seen as faulty. 

LEATHER:
Colour differences, grain changes, wrinkles or marks are not uncommon. Depending on the type of leather it can show these characteristics in varying amounts, which is part of the beauty of the leather and will not be accepted as faulty.
